This brace is great! We bought so many different braces for my 11 year old daughter who is now 12 and was suffering terribly with severe knee pain, patellar subluxation, Osgood Sclatter Syndrome and patellar femoral pain. She couldn't stand the hole in her kneecap with other braces, it made the pain worse, even her orthopedist couldn't find a solution with braces. We finally stumbled across this at Revain. It was worth every penny, it's comfortable, very supportive, amazing material, so soft the brace still stays in place. We ordered a small one and the velcro straps worked great with room to grow. (This may help with sizing - she's 5ft 1in tall, has a thin build, and weighs about 87 pounds.)
