Totally inaccurate size chart. Don't waste your time or money. I'm returning it a second time and not worried about a third try.

An excellent brace, especially for those who cannot use braces with a hole over the patella. The only problem is that the binding sometimes digs into the outside of the knee, but in the end it doesn't detract from the quality.

The prop itself is well made but MUCH smaller. I read about this in other reviews and after triple checking my measurements - I got it right in the middle of an XL - I went to size XXL. It fits, but it's on the verge of being too cozy. Otherwise the support is great and much lighter than other neoprene braces which often get too hot for me to stand on.

I have been using this knee pad for patella tracking for the past 8 months. It helped my knee immediately, although the pain remained while my knee healed. I wear it for weightlifting, HIIT, and walking my dog. One day I forgot, my knee hurt. I wash the bracelet carefully in a delicate bag and let it air dry. The first two wears were very tight, I thought I should have ordered a larger size, but it gave a little and remains very effective.

This brace is great! We bought so many different braces for my 11 year old daughter who is now 12 and was suffering terribly with severe knee pain, patellar subluxation, Osgood Sclatter Syndrome and patellar femoral pain. She couldn't stand the hole in her kneecap with other braces, it made the pain worse, even her orthopedist couldn't find a solution with braces. We finally stumbled across this at Revain.
