We have searched all the major stores in our area but neither my husband nor I could find this part. In our area there are a lot of wall mounted showers above the baths because the housing is older. Replacing this part is much cheaper than replacing the entire assembly. It also saves a lot of time as I don't have to remove the plank from the wall. Read the simple instructions that come with the device and you can have it installed in 5 minutes. Highly recommended. We bought a double pack to have one on hand. But the quality seems very high so don't expect to need a second part until this wears out. Has a bar size adjuster. Saved us a lot of money.
