We have very hard water and my shower doors were a disaster. I've tried harsh products like CLR which haven't completely cleared the doors even after repeated use. I ditched the harsh chemicals and experimented with vinegar and baking soda, with the same result. Then I tried pumice hand soaps (like Lava Liquid Soap) and knew I had found the answer. REALLY clean doors. But the amount of work ahead was terrible. Enter RotoScrub. I smeared the scrubber with liquid lava soap and experimented with a softer (blue) scrubber on part of the door. In a minute ALL multi-year deposits were gone and my door wasn't scratched. Yes, it's definitely more work than just spraying on the cleaner, but if you're picky about cleaning your shower and tub doors, I highly recommend a combination of one of their pumice-based liquid hand soaps and RotoScrub.
