I was very upset to find that for $200 we obviously got a used/open booth. There were only two small plastic (not plastic) screws on the bottom of the box. All other screws and dials, door seal and fan cover were missing! The product box (which was inside another box) was taped again and folded over, with parts of the original plastic packaging stuck to the tape. The quality control is terrible, so many details are missing. We literally couldn't put it together as it wasn't even missing all four clamps on top! It is ridiculous to repackage an item that has been opened and appears to have been returned without even checking that the package was in the box with screws and a door frame. I was too scared to get another used product for the price of new (and plastic isn't $200 to start with) so when it was refunded I just refunded it.
