Advantages: Deceptively small. This keyboard is only 1.5 inches wider than my iPad Air 3, but the keys are full-size. I like the function keys on top for music control, lock, etc. The keys have decent travel. Power is passed through, so you have to choose between using the keyboard and charging the device. This means plugging and unplugging your keyboard frequently. This is a serious problem and wears out the cable and keyboard connector. I haven't found a Lightning splitter that allows you to use your keyboard and charge your device at the same time. All available Lightning splitters only work for headphones. If the permanently attached cable fails, the entire keyboard goes into the trash can. Which will almost certainly happen at some point. The keyboard sits perfectly flat with no tilt adjustment. To fix this, I attached it to two rubber doorstops with double-sided tape to give it a wider angle for comfortable typing.
