Oops! It's painful and I don't think it really had a huge impact on the peeling, it just seemed to be tearing my poor back to shreds. It didn't hold back any soap and scraped whatever I put on my back. I've tried different ways. I tried loading it with soap (both bars in one place and gel in one place) that just didn't seem to stay on the wash towel. I then tried applying the soap/gel directly to my back and then using a towel and it didn't get any better. It didn't seem to peel off much, but it was a lot of torture. It absolutely ripped my poor back while using it. No matter how carefully I tried to use it. It just hurts. Maybe my back is too sensitive, but I couldn't get it to not feel absolutely awful and I've tried many times just to feel good. Even after washing it didn't help. I don't recommend this one, but I do recommend checking out other reviews and seeing what they have to say about it. Maybe it's just me.
