This is far (VERY) from the crappy old sunglass holders I bought from local wholesalers superior box stores. My old ones had hinges that rattled. The top (bottom?) part of the clip/hinge fell off about every week when I tried to take the sunglasses out of the holder or put them in the holder. Sometimes the tiny plastic pins on the hinge broke and then I had to buy a new one. However, this product has no hinge. He doesn't rattle. It has no loose parts that could fall off. I suppose you could break it (and I'll update it when it does) but it's been going strong for at least a month. You simply slide your sunglasses under the small L-shaped clip and they stay in place. The clip is loose enough to allow for easy insertion and removal of the sunglass from the holder, yet tight enough to hold the sunglass securely (again, no rattling!). The only pair of sunglasses I can think of might not fit in these oversized sunglasses that should completely cover/surround normal lenses. Otherwise, in my opinion, almost any normal glasses and sunglasses would fit perfectly in this holder.
