Bought these and cone plugs to complete the look of the pilings on the pier. This is dim I really wanted. No one in the Lagoon wants bright dock lights to blind them or brighten their homes. These were perfect for that. I need to dock the star because the o-ring used to keep water out isn't that good. You really have to be careful when screwing the top on or you can pinch the o-ring, it can move etc. Some have moisture build up inside and then I have to air dry them, sure. and tighten again. I also noticed some solar panel peeling on two of them. You have been in my dock since July 2020, so for about 5 months. They run all night so there are no battery issues and at least you can replace the batteries in them if they go bad. Only time will tell how long they last. The photo shows how we prepared it for the holidays. You can change the colors of white, red, green, blue and yellow.
