Review on 🪑 Graphite Steelcase Series 2 Ergonomic Office Chair by Danielle Hart

Purchased direct from Revain. It looked ok so I assembled it. The tilt back feature is an ALL-or-NOHING feature. Either fixed in a straight vertical or in a very free backward tilt. Even cheap chairs have a better adjustment in this regard. We sent it back BUT without a complete disassembly and special tools it is IMPOSSIBLE to disassemble the seat set. Very frustrating. Called Revane, didn't help at all. They said it MUST be in the box. Where can I get a box for an assembled chair? Finally, I used a full roll of packing tape to assemble the box. like, something like. UPS took it back. I did all of this in less than 5 days. It's been 15 days since Revain received it back and there has been no return of the $600 chair. Meanwhile they charge my CC. Don't buy it unless you are 100% sure you like it, but good luck finding a place to sit. go somewhere else
