This is my first time taking protein powder, mainly because I hate eating meat and I have yet to increase my protein levels as I try to avoid soy. Overall the taste of this product is honestly very good, mix it alone or in my morning smoothie. and has a nice vanilla undertone that isn't overwhelming. The part that I choked on was the sand that stayed in my mouth even after I blended it with a high power blender. Mix and soak whey/protein powder the night before you drink it (or a few hours before you actually want to drink it). What I like to do is: inside and outside I immediately prepared something grotesque). Then I stir it until a lot of things dissolve quite well, then I just put it in the fridge and leave it there until the next day when I drink it along with some supplements. Hope this works for you!
