I love this bag, it's light weight with flexible pockets and compartments that I need to carry my tools and components when traveling. This is the second I've bought, the first doesn't fall apart at stress points around the front zipper and the colored lining doesn't fall out. He served about 3 years and I got tired of looking at him and carrying him around in such condition. So I bought another one and within 3 weeks the same patches started falling apart again. I contacted the company and they gave me a replacement within the return period with an agreement that I would return the one I had just bought. To be fair it was free. When I received the new one I noticed that the threads had to be cut from the seams so I expect it to be easy to use too. Here's the thing: They're not very well made, but they're functional, and they're not that expensive, so plan on using them for a few years at best, and plan on replacing them. Otherwise, spend more and get a quality bag that will hold up better.
