Customer service is excellent; There aren't that many fans!
These fans are not very reliable as I already had one failure within two weeks of installing them on my 3D printer. I initially left a one star review and WINSINN contacted me and offered to replace all fans immediately and the replacement arrived in about five days. The price of sleeve bearing fans is low for some reason, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and get dual ball bearing fans. They are quiet and much more reliable. I am very pleased that WINSINN supported your product and contacted me.
