Works well but the rings on some hinges are a little open and can catch on things - but this is for cast iron so I'm not disappointed. What really detracts from usage is that the rings are larger and you have less contact with the cast iron per square inch. This means that less cleaning power results in fewer contacts per pass. Again not a deal breaker. I rated s3 resins, would give 3 1/2 if I could. sanity you ask? Here's the first one I've bought and it's 5 stars out of 5! Up close you can see what I mean. Don't want to buy both to decide? Trust me, The Ringer is the original stainless steel cast iron cleaner, the patented XL 8" x 6" design is the best. And I bought both to test them out for you!
