Slow mesh network without parental controls

Implements the basic concept of a mesh network, but the overall speed is rather slow for family use. very tricky as the little installation guide doesn't follow the actual steps. The software doesn't even look like an instruction, it says to go to 192.168.1.1 to configure it, but turns out 192.168.8.1 had to look in the settings in ipconfig to find it. If you don't work with computer networks, you will have problems. Then comes the actual software. The manual shows many features including access control (parental controls), it was nowhere to be found when I was able to log in. Wi-Fi was configured without authentication. So you need to set up WiFi credentials if you don't want to use public access. Clients worked without additional settings. Use after struggling with installation. The signal is good but not exceptional. You must tick the box to get a WiFi signal strength of 100, but within 30 feet. They have 75 to 95 powers. You will be moved from one node to the next node when your signal falls below 50. I was able to place one on the ground floor and 2 on the second floor on opposite sides. I have an open floor plan so reception was pretty clear from the 1st to the 2nd floor. The mesh network backbone is working as designed. Network speed is an issue. I have a 200 MB internet package. Even at 95% of the signal, I got 34MB at best. at the edge of the network I got 14 MB. For a family of 5 this just won't happen. only a teenager needs 75 to 100 Mbit/s. Pro: Basic mesh implementation. Has 3 knots. ConsInstructions does not match the actual implementation. There is no parental control. 20% of what should be. Price I would not recommend this product. For this price I expect better performance.
