When I opened the package the fur wasn’t so badly flattened I fluffed it’s with the blow dryer. But it was so wrinkled I took a chance and ironed it with a warm iron although it didn’t take all the wrinkles out it was definitely better than when I first opened it. This jacket is so cute and trendy I absolutely love it I did listen to the other reviewer‘s and sized up I don’t like my jackets too small anyway so it was good for me. I’m deciding whether or not to buy another one in a different color for that price it’s definitely worth it.
