I still can't decide if this is a 2 star or 3 star product After contacting QuickZip directly to ask if it's organic cotton, they said no, but assured me that the fabric was not certified as containing chemicals. Needless to say I was quite surprised by the strong chemical smell. Luckily after 1 normal wash and then another wash with detergent and baking soda the smell was gone. I bought because I have a disability that doesn't allow me to use sheets. As I didn't have a maid during the pandemic I only used 2 flat sheets but of course the bottom one didn't stay in place for long. I bought these sheets at a very high price because I am disabled. This sheet was MUCH harder to get on the bed than regular sheets so 1) thank goodness I won't have to do that again and 2) be careful considering these sheets and back, shoulder, arm... or have hand problems. , do not try to put it on yourself if you can avoid it! I did it myself because I'm stubborn and I isolate myself to be safe. I'm already in pain It was stupid to try but there are so many rave reviews for this product and my sheets weren't changed - I won't say how long - and I was too excited to wait. I can't see how even an able bodied person can squirm to put it on straight (see photo) as the elastic is very strong, MUCH tighter/stronger than regular tight sheets. Seriously tight. One photo shows how the side of the bed is tightened and another photo shows how loose the other side is. All this to say that when I open the top to wash and close it again I'm sure I'll be satisfied. But I'm not sure I'll be happy with the $214 price tag. Very overpriced. Once I checked the zipper on the bed. This is normal but you need to be careful as it will get stuck in the fabric tab covering the zipper. Not super smooth zip/unpack. Works quite well, but again not for the price. This will be a one time purchase for me.
