Item arrived as advertised and as another reviewer pointed out could have used a bit of tape here and there as well as a few extra pins. Assembly: Once you have the C4 Labs Pi 0 case assembled, the assembly should be within easy reach. Configuration: W6GPS has some great videos on how to set one up. The Pi Star software is easy enough to download and set up, and it goes without saying once you've set up a pair of Pis. I hooked mine up to a monitor and keyboard to do the setup, but I think the standard Pi Star method would work pretty well too. As I said in the title, this is a DIY kit, and at this price point and at this level of teardown, it provided a fun few hours. I installed the OS on a Raspberry Pi, if you're a licensed ham radio enthusiast and if you're thinking of combining these things into a reasonably simple, but not "simple paint-by-numbers" combination, this is a hot deal. If you're not comfortable with some of these things and don't have friends to hand, you might want to spend a little more money on a fully production-ready version. together, as well as a pleasant sense of satisfaction when it's done. Thank you guys!
