These are OEM 2009 to present CTS-V calipers. They do not come with the pin and clip required to install the brake pads, however, can be purchased separately for $20. For the price, these calipers can't be beat. It's also the same bolt spacing as the older 2004-2007 CTS-V, so they can be used on this car with minor modifications to the spindle bores (bolts ranging in size from M12 to M14). One thing to note about these calipers is that the paint on them is very thin and will chip easily if handled improperly.
