Review on ๐ŸŒธ 6-Cup Nordic Ware Wildflower Loaf Pan, Toffee by Lori Aguirre

Nice! on trays

Such a nice shape, I couldn't wait to bake in it. There was a great quick bread. It looked exactly like the Nordic Ware photos. It's a small pan, about ยพ the size of my other bread pans. It's hard to measure, but it's less than 8 inches long inside. The cake turned out excellent. Before filling it in I used a silicone brush to apply a good coat of very soft oil to all the holes. Then I flipped the panorama and did it again because I realized that just looking from one angle doesn't let me see all the places I missed. Then dust with flour. I also tapped the pan a few times to get the batter on the bottom. After I baked it, there wasn't a piece of cake left in the pan, even in the smallest spots. Cleaning was a breeze. I used a large paper towel, which got wet and sudsy, and I just put it on the floor for a minute or two, then wiped it off and rinsed it off. I examined it in good light and it was perfectly clean. This is a typical Scandinavian tableware of good quality. I love their pans. It is durable and well made. The pan was packed in a thin plastic bag. The recipe was there. This is for the rose cake which, as the name suggests, is flavored with rose water. Rose water is not my favorite aroma. I've traveled a lot in the Middle East where it's popular and I have to say it tastes like soap so I won't be making it. However, it's helpful to look at the amounts of flour, eggs, and the like to compare to recipes that work well in this pan.
