Great service to get what I ordered!

The first screen I received had frame mount issues (bad tape or glue?) but the seller was quick to offer to send a replacement or refund and provided a fully paid for one Return label available. I took a replacement and everything is fine and fully compatible. In fact, there's even a Dell logo at the bottom. I am very satisfied and expect a long service life from the panel!
