Not bad for the price

This is difficult as I'm a sound engineer used to working with better speakers (don't get crazy expensive, but usually , e.g. with JBL monitors), but their price is significantly lower than even most entry-level monitors. They just obviously don't sound comparable; the bass has a bit of distortion throughout (and doesn't go below 75Hz), the treble is square and a little harsh, etc. But that's honestly normal for most PC speakers in general, so no, it's not diamonds. roughly speaking, but it's a fair deal, when you compare the feature set (bluetooth, lighting) and only use USB power they actually become very attractive for the price, and that's me. These are temporary speakers for my own use and they're perfectly adequate for hearing things when using a computer (I tried to get by with just headphones, a standard pair of Sony MDR7506s, but they became obsolete very quickly). I still pull out the headphones for critical needs, but for gaming or just general use they're perfect. They've been solid to use so far, the buttons and volume control feel nice, no weird wobbling or poor contact, good lighting (of course it would be nice for more customization options, but at least it has different options), and again, it really is nice not to have a whole extra power adapter, you don't have problems with getting power from the back of your mobile device via USB. Quite noisy indeed for pure USB power delivery. The sound quality honestly can't convince - that's the only downside that came to mind after careful thought and application, but at their price level. Combined with their rich feature set, I recommend them unless you're willing to shell out a hefty sum and get speakers with a much larger footprint.

Pros
  • AUX for PC and bluetooth for cellphone/tablet
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...
