I have several of these products because I am repainting the interior of my car as a cookie monster. 🤣 The product was not at all the same as in the photo. Came in a vacuum bag - everything is fine, but the touch is not soft at all. It's not free fall and it's shaggy as can be seen in the photos and many other video reviews. I was hoping there would be more fuzz, but it's all tangled and rough, like a giant elongated messy dreadlock. Do you remember when you were a kid and you had little troll dolls with coarse and shaggy hair? As if. My product was also dirty, like it had fallen on the floor in the factory where it was made and packaged. I found dirt and plant debris in a fibrous mess - when I first found it I thought it was mouse droppings due to the general dirty state of the steering wheel cover. The two smaller pieces weren't as knotted and coarse, but still not very smooth and silky - still coarse and tousled, like a troll doll's hair. Overall lumpy and bumpy to the touch, looks like crap and not comfortable at all. I'm not sure why everyone else looks so great, but I definitely screwed up and want my money back or a better quality replacement. The picture doesn't even convey how bound all the fibers are 😥
