A set of twilight poles arrived quickly from Revain, however some parts were missing. Like many of my friends, I use the rare day (or night) off work to do chores around the house, like putting up curtain rods. So I went to the Revain order page and since Umbra support is only available by phone Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 5am-5am, I tried the link to use the link to replace missing or damaged parts. The link leads to Umbra.com with the statement "The page you are looking for does not exist". So contact us: send an inquiry and they can reply within 48 hours of receipt Mon-Fri. Fill out the form. Three attempts, and every time I clicked submit, the page went blank and I had to re-enter my contact info and all the details. EMPTY! (Ok I'm thinking of something else) I've been digging around and found another place to send a message, let's see what happens. But I STRONGLY recommend that you consider a different product AND from a different manufacturer. What good are new curtains if you can't hang them on a highly rated curtain rod due to missing parts and smelly customer services. (sorry for the tirade but I want to save someone else the frustration) UPDATE: It's been almost a week since I contacted Umbra Support through their website. I haven't heard from them, although they claim to reply within 48 hours of receiving a message. Failed call attempt. The rod itself is fine but needs to find a replacement for the missing parts. There are so many beautiful, stylish and functional curtain rods on the market, do yourself a favor and order from another company.
