Hidden mounting brackets are great when you install them, but they are a hassle to install. If you look at the sellers photos you will see that the brackets have slots for fasteners. This allows you to deviate a bit and still have a little wiggle room. They are also shown in the instructions. It doesn't apply to what you get.
