Worked well for the first month. In the second month there were connection problems. Made some changes to customer support and worked flawlessly for another month. Then connection problems started again where it would disconnect for no reason and stay disconnected until I could do a manual reset. I tried to put the device next to the router. WiFi dbm is -26 which is great. It was -56 where I had it before which is considered very good. Came out in one day. Maybe it's my router, but it works fine on all other devices. I have contacted Level Sense and I have to say that the customer service is excellent and although they have offered to return it even though 90 days have passed they continue to try to help me resolve the issue. I gave them information about my router as it can switch to 5G. So I will keep trying to get it working as they are kind enough to extend the refund offer and the pressure is off and I can find time to continue testing. I'm giving 4 stars at the moment as they are trying to help me and it's probably a problem in my area as most other reviews are 5 stars. Connected it works great. I will give an update in a few months.
