I'm 5'3" and 175 pounds and ordered the large (10/12). It was a bit tight but good so everything moved in which was nice as I had just had a baby. I would say if you are taller, order a size up. It is not visible as I am wearing blue underwear underneath to test. I like that the nursing pads are sewn so they won't fall out when put in the washer/dryer. Overall I love this swimsuit and can't wait to wear it to the pool!
