9/2020 - I bought them in February 2019 to try bulbs with night security lighting sensors. They worked pretty well, running from dusk to dawn every night (an average of 9 hours a day). But now. However, they are not as reliable as one would expect from LEDs. I've already had one unit die and that was outside of the 1 year warranty period. If an LED these days can't last as long as the incandescent bulbs I used before, then it's time to look for another brand. I have since ordered another brand to replace these units which at least provide additional information on their expected lifespan in hours. They worked, but receiving less than 2 years of life from them is unacceptable. UPDATE 10/2020 - The second of the couple recently passed away. The best of the two only lasted 19 months. We'll see how the replacement brand I bought holds up, but I won't be buying it again.
