Review on Cobra ACT120B Chat Tag Curve Wearable Walkie Talkies: Push to Talk, Rechargeable (2 Pack) by Luca Washington

I received these Cobra Act120B walkie-talkies mainly for cycling and after 3 months I still love them. It's REALLY nice to be able to chat with your race mate and add some fun to your bike ride. The signal is clear, speech distortion is minimal, but since it does happen from time to time I subtracted a 0.5 from the rating. And you don't have to be "line of sight" for a clear signal. Can be used without any problems in dense forests and in curves or on hills. Not sure what the overall range will be, but definitely clear within 1 1/2 miles or so. Battery life is great and it's easy to hit 10 hours with some headroom. Compact and lightweight, they easily attach to clothing and stay there. They are well made and should last a long time. And while we mainly use them when cycling, we also use them a lot at home. I'm often in the shop at work and my wife is at home and we use these instead of texting on a cell phone - it's much nicer to be able to talk interactively without constantly fiddling with cell phones. And while we don't have kids, these things would make great gifts for kids. You'll love it, and the low price makes it very doable. Overall, this is a well thought out and interesting product that I highly recommend.
