I bought a DB2 Bluetooth and Zwave module. It's a great looking lock but trying to line up the deadbolt has to be perfect for it to work properly and yes I had to drill a deeper hole. It worked great without the metal strike plate, otherwise assembly would have been child's play. I then installed the Zwave module and it was very easy to pair it with the Hubitat hub. Then he went down the hill from there. Download the Android app and try to add a lock without success. I contacted support via web chat and they walked me through some Android settings and even did a factory reset but it still failed via bluetooth. This was emailed to another technician and I have tried two other Android devices with no success. The support team then explained: "You will need proof of purchase of the padlock and your shipping address. As soon as I receive it I will forward it to our team to look for a replacement. Hubitat, nothing but problems with it, it seems that it cannot remove the codes that I entered manually. The function is not blocked if the door is left open.
