Review on 💨 Efficient Bosch 0280142308 Purge Valve for Optimal Performance by Kendrick Breezy

Amazing OE quality product. Installation was very easy and took about 30 minutes from start to finish. My 2003 Volkswagen Passat Wagon (2.8L V6) was showing codes P0171 and P0174. After replacing the rear O2 sensor and PCV hose (they were needed) the car was still giving the same codes. After resetting and running the MIL, I received a new P0401 code related to the EGR system. Apparently this purge valve is a known problem on these vehicles and can result in a lean, rich and/or EGR system failure depending on the problem with the valve. After installing a new flush valve, my MIL and pending DTC were gone. This solved my emissions problem and the car passed the inspection. In this case, check all vacuum hoses and replace damaged ones. If you are 100% sure there are no leaks, your flush valve is most likely to blame.
