Great buy for the price
I bought these for my kids to wear around the neighborhood. They are light and flexible. The color isn't super neon, probably due to the thinness of the material. Velcro straps may not last long. Child size is based on child size 10. My 7 year old can wear it but it is loose. Great buy for the price.
