I've been using pre-workout powders for 20 years and have tried almost all of them. Effective pre-workout always comes down to two things: ingredients and dosage. Most workout soups only have one of the two, and many don't have either. Few have both. Granite GX Pre has both. Proven and effective ingredients, each with the right dosage. And as an added bonus, this is one of the tastiest pre-workouts I've ever had. I taste like watermelon candy. This pre has a good pump, great energy and focus without tumbling or shaking, and it doesn't use too much beta-alanine so the tingling is negligible. Many pre-workouts rely on large doses of caffeine to give you energy, but as I get older I no longer need 300mg of caffeine. It has enough caffeine to be effective but not too much. It also uses theanine which is very synergistic with caffeine which takes away the caffeine jitters and makes it a different energy than most. This company knows the ingredients and they made a great product. This is now my default.
