Felt hot! Like fire!

Took 30 minutes to take as directed (not quite a full scoop @ 197#). Just before I hit the gym, I noticed a thermogenic effect. I agree. I did a light warm-up and then did push-ups. I really had a good full pump and felt motivated to go again after the "last sets" so I'll be reviewing and updating this pack. My workouts usually last around 45-90 minutes. Fairly heavy and alternating with light total body exercises and cardio (hiit) on 3 days off. I use pre workouts regularly and I'm trying this

Good product. Suitable for Pre-Workout

That's all John says without the side effects of pre-workout use. I had no nervous sensations, no tingling. and I even thought maybe it won't work. But waited 30 yards and gained weight and it has all the repercussions, that little nudge to get to that PR, focus, energy, pump. I have tried all types of pre workouts over the years but I didn't want to explode anymore but they discontinued the carb and sugar free version. I emailed John and asked if it would cause my blood sugar to spike and they

Top notch pre-workout and my new favorite.

I've been using pre-workout powders for 20 years and have tried almost all of them. Effective pre-workout always comes down to two things: ingredients and dosage. Most workout soups only have one of the two, and many don't have either. Few have both. Granite GX Pre has both. Proven and effective ingredients, each with the right dosage.
