Comb won't stay on dryer

Let me say that before I rant. I support Andis products, have always supported them and will continue to do so. They make great dryers and I'm generally happy, but THIS particular product is disappointing. The comb attachment doesn't screw into the dryer, it just sits there and comes off with a half sneeze. I have pretty thick hair, but in general it's manageable. This comb head design doesn't do the job. I comb my hair to get out any kinks before I blow dry it and even then the comb pops out if my hair even thinks about getting tangled, then putting it back on when the blow dryer is hot is not just a drag, it's also a hassle Danger. Every time, every time I dry my hair, I have to chase the hair dryer comb around the bathroom many times because it pops, falls and bounces. Because I was who I am, I started taking it personally. Blow-drying my hair has become an awkward chore simply because under no circumstances does the comb stay in the dryer for any hair type, straight, frizzy, wet or dry. I bought the dryer in October and January and am tired of roasting my hands chasing after a rogue comb attachment that refuses to stay on the dryer it was designed for. Sorry Andis, I love you, but the design of THIS product is not perfect. I recommend switching to a more expensive one.
