I'm embarrassed that other reviews say it's delicious. I've had a lot of amino acids and recovery powders and for me this one borders on the gross. I was excited that it tasted like a watermelon fun rancher, but it didn't. It's going to be difficult for me to get even one of these. It's just taste. Unnatural is the best word I can use to describe it. Just like chalk and I didn't like the aftertaste either. It is readily soluble in water at room temperature. I only added ice to keep it cold after I was done mixing. Overall I really didn't like the taste and it's quite expensive - around $2 per serving.
