Review on WC Cushions Premium Replacement Headphones by Daniel Oliver

Worthy alternative to well-known brands

I bought these ear pads for Bose QC 25 headphones, I had them for a few days and decided to order brands. I read some of the other reviews and many of them said they would soften over time. I use the headphones for several hours every day while doing my homework and my ears started to hurt while wearing these headphones. Mind you, I didn't wait more than a few days for them to break in, so all I can say is that they will take more than a few days to burn in. So I ordered the brands and they are a lot softer when first fitted. These are definitely stronger. My wife hasn't noticed a difference, but she doesn't wear them that often or for very long. I do. I noticed that these earbuds don't block the sound as much as the originals. The new brand spare parts also do a great job. The great thing about these pillows is that they actually have stitching to connect the top and inner "leather" pieces together. This is way better than the famous brand name method that just uses glue. My original branded cushions were torn at this seam, so I had to replace them first. In summary, I think branded pillows are out of the box better in terms of soundproofing and comfort, but these unbranded pillows are better quality. They may soften over time, but I don't endorse that statement. That's why I say they're worth it.
