The load switch got lost and was dangling and I was trying to see if it worked and the heating element worked and didn't shut off. No matter in which direction I moved the knurled wheel. I have informed the seller and it looks like they will replace it as soon as possible. Lets see what happens. UPDATE: The replacement also had a broken sight glass/flow meter fell off. The cost of the replacement product has been listed as $0.00 and the company says it will refund the cost once it receives the replacement product. SO. Do I get the original cost of $30.09 or will they claim the cost was $0 and not refund anything? ? 10/23/21 I received an email that the refund is complete. I'm still waiting for the deposit to be posted back to my checking account. ($30.09)
