The customer service is great, they are very responsive! I think there could be more options for choosing which projects you work in each quarter/year (it can get overwhelming). A lot of my time was spent searching through their website looking at all different companies as well trying new things out during free trial periods just so that i wasn't disappointed when it came down from an offer letter or contract agreement after signing paperwork etc.. It took me quite some amount og times before getting started working remotely via Zoom meetings or phone calls if needed between clients / supervisors since we were located across country's oceans but managed by them anyway.
