Firstly, the trim strip is too soft and narrow to fit securely on the edge of a car door and difficult to attach to and hold on the edge of the door Place. I was expecting something with at least 3/16 inch overlap. Secondly, even if the edges of the door are cleaned and degreased, the glue is not very sticky. After it was glued to the edge of the door I had to use small clips to hold it in place. while hopefully the "glue" will set as it will fall off under its own weight. Let's see if it stays in place when the clamps come loose. Very disappointed with it.
