The power cord is too short to even plug into an outlet. And the included screws for mounting are too long and sticking out at the bottom and the fan is still too loose - you have to reuse the old screws. Although the engine is very quiet and works well. I had to modify the power cable and reuse the old screws. The original fan cord is barely long enough, why in gods name did you make it shorter? Installing this fan is incredibly annoying and the last thing you need is a cable that's too short and screws that are too long! Unfortunately it is now available and works fine.
