I bought the first one in February 2018, after a short 4 months only the word Lo came up on the screen, replaced batteries, hasn't changed anything, contacted great well they gave me a discount on a new one i bought in june 2018, after about 8 months the same thing happened when you step on the scale, the word lo is shown on the display, again the new batteries came off not that Problem, more well named and this time they sent one for free, it was 2019, well here too the scale has been working for about 9 months and when I step on it the word Lo comes up, new batteries didn't help, think twice after before you buy this scale it seems to work for some time and then goes away.
