The chair was very easy to assemble. No additional tools are required. (I didn't have a headrest, but I didn't care as I didn't want to use it anyway.) The colors are beautiful. It's nice to have this option instead of plain black, brown and gray. I like the mesh back, but the small lumbar support pad keeps falling off. a little too low for my taste. My biggest complaint is about the seat cushion. It feels like it's tilted slightly forward and there's no way to adjust it, and the pillow support just isn't supportive enough for long hours at home. It's pretty flat after just a few weeks. Luckily I'm still within the return period. This would be a pretty good chair for a child's bedroom. Support just isn't appropriate for adults working from home.
