I'm 5"4 and 58 kg, this desk is perfect for me. I don't think it would be the best for tall and tall people. It seems thin but I can fully use it for office work by recommend from home.We can adjust the backrest,height and neck support as per the description.We need to adjust and lock the backrest to the desired angle.I keep it at a full 90 degrees so it keeps my back straight and supports my neck.

Let me first say that I love this chair. Also, the package was delayed. They had great customer support and gave me a 10% refund. The chair itself is very stable and has a headrest. It was easy to assemble and instructions were included. It's very comfortable and you can even lean back in it! Overall, I absolutely love this chair and highly recommend it!

It's very comfortable and a HUGE upgrade from the crappy chair I replaced it with (but that's not saying much). For $100 it's fine. Seat padding is good. Everything looks solid. On the other hand, the headrest doesn't rise high enough. It also lacks many of the adjustments of my more expensive chair (e.g. can't recline the entire chair back, armrests can't move, etc.), but it was $200 more expensive, so I can't really complain.
