I bought a 6 piece set: 3 bowls with lids and bowls for cooking and serving. I was initially disappointed with how small the prep and serving bowls were, but I find so many uses for them that I use them daily. Large bowls with lids are ideal for mixing and storage. I didn't have any issues with the lids as some reviewers have. The lids fit well and don't leak when tipped, although not tight enough to be turned upside down. I like the colors and the thickness of the shells. They have a non-slip grip on the bottom to keep them in place while mixing. I found use for these bowls almost every day. I highly recommend.
