Waste of Time - Thermometers and Meteorological Instruments

Average temperature is set to Celsius by default. Hello, this is the USA. Actual temperature is 4 degrees lower than app or screen. Usual installation, clumsy with instructions difficult to read. Pure luck if it works. After work, you must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network for the app to work. How is this supposed to work remotely? I want to know the temperature when I'm gone and not stand by.
