Review on Hermard by Nathan Byard

I was dissatisfied with the quality of Hermard's storage goods as a customer. The closet rods and shelves I bought were flimsy and did not stand up well to regular use despite the broad variety of products they offered. Additionally difficult and with unclear instructions was the installation procedure. Furthermore, I thought their customer support was subpar. I contacted customer service for help with my purchase, but I only received unhelpful and unresponsive responses. Dealing with such bad customer service was aggravating, particularly when attempting to fix problems with defective products. Overall, I would not advise purchasing storage items from Hermard. Although they may have a large selection, their products' quality and level of customer care could have been much better.
