First of all I love this product. My hairdresser used it on my hair and I decided to buy it for myself. However, I am not very happy with how I received my order from this seller. Not only did I receive my order late (I'm not saying it was the seller's fault. As far as I know Fedex could have caused the delay), but I'm frustrated with the shipping packaging. My shampoo and conditioner set was placed in a FedEx bag for shipping, which I think may have caused my issue, but I'm not sure. When I received my package it was late again, the seals on the bottles were broken and they leaked in the FedEx bag! This fact annoys me a lot, because the product was not only expensive, but also discontinued! So overall I'm very disappointed and I think the seller should do a better job when it comes to shipping items, especially liquids!
