It would not be interesting for cats, they do not get warm!
I have ordered all 3 of these outdoor cat warmers which are farro but come into the house sometimes. It was cold at night in the mountains, but there was not enough heat in the house and on the street. It's hard plastic, with thin padding over it, probably warm, but not snuggly or soft. The cat didn't care either!
