In October 2022 I ordered a chair, assembled it only at the end of January and in November 2022 the gas lift broke down, with my weight of 72 kg and careful operation, that it still looks like new outwardly, most likely they use cheap gas lifts I applied for a guarantee and they immediately charged me the cost of a new one in a whole thousand and delivery at my expense I called to find out why the warranty does not work because the chair has only been in use for about 10 months, in response I heard that they do not care how much the chair is in use and the guarantee is only a year from the date of purchase I am disappointed, I think this is low and not customer-oriented I do not advise buying products from this company, because if something breaks, it's your problem and for your money
